Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
All products and services supplied by TEKNO Bespoke come with the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
Cancellations
If TEKNO Bespoke cannot supply a product or service, you will be notified and a full refund issued within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations of custom or specially ordered parts must be made in writing. If work has begun or parts have been sourced, a reasonable restocking or cancellation fee may apply to cover incurred costs.
Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us immediately. Where a defect is confirmed, TEKNO Bespoke will repair, replace or refund as required under the ACL.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are not accepted for custom-made or specially ordered items.
Removed Parts
If you wish to retain parts removed during your service, please advise us at drop-off. Parts will be held for 14 days. If not collected, TEKNO Bespoke may dispose of them in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 (QLD). Notification will be made using your provided details.
Modification Notice
Vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties and long-term wear depending on use and maintenance. TEKNO Bespoke performs all work to a high standard; however, customers should consider the potential impact of modifications. This does not limit your ACL rights.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly so any concerns can be resolved promptly and fairly.

Information We Collect
We may collect your name, contact details, vehicle information, booking and service history, payment details and any information you provide.
How We Use It
To supply and manage services, communicate with you, process payments, arrange parts and warranties, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with suppliers, payment processors or regulators where required. Only necessary information is provided.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Access & Correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time.
